Reminders for Parents:
 

• Drop-off: Morning carpool drop-off begins at 7:45. All students must be present in the Bahan Center Cafeteria by 8:15 to begin morning prayer.
• Afternoon Pick-Up No one is allowed to park in the parking lot for pick up or check out after 3. Everyone must wait in the carpool line on Starrett until 3:20 when we open the gate. We will direct everyone to come through the entrance gate coming off of West Metairie to form three lines.
• Before-care/Aftercare: Will begin Monday 8/12, drop-off for before care begins at 7am.
• Bus: We are still accepting bus registration. We must meet the minimum number of 18 students in order to continue offering the service past the month of August.
• Uniforms: (all students should wear the appropriate school shoes according to the student handbook)
  • Early Primary
    • Girls: Plaid jumper with white round collar blouse
    • Boys: Gray shorts/pants, light blue knit shirt w/ school logo
  • Elementary (3^rd & 4^th)
    • Girls: Plaid skirt, white oxford blouse w/school logo
    • Boys: Gray shorts/pants, light blue knit shirt w/ school logo, black belt
  • Middle School (5^th – 7^th)
    • Girls: Plaid skirt, white oxford blouse w/school logo
    • Boys: Gray shorts/pants, light blue oxford w/school logo, black belt
  • High School
    • Girls: Plaid skirt, white oxford blouse w/school logo, cross tie for Mass (not the week of 8/7) and special occasions
    • Boys: Gray pants, white oxford shirt w/school logo, tie for Mass (not the week of 8/7) and special occasions, black belt
  • Appearance: Hair is neat and of appropriate style and length, no nail polish and clean shaven.
  • Snack & Lunch: Please remember to pack a snack and lunch each day, including drinks for both. Students can bring a clear water bottle to fill up at the water fountain.
  • Electronics: No outside electronics are allowed from home. Students will be issued the devices they will need at school.
  • Absence: If your child will be absent, please call the front office and leave a message before 8:30am and email your individual teacher. Please remember how important it is for students to be present at school every day. See the attendance policy in the handbook.
